Useful guide concerning the most important rules of our hotel, reservations and residence.
Check in - check out
Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 10:00
Early check-in: till 12:00 (+4 000 HUF / room)
Late check-out: from 12:00 (+4 000 HUF / room)
The rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and are available until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Depending on the number of bookings, the hotel provides the opportunity of early arrival, as well as late departure, at a given cost.
City tax / tourist tax
Our prices do not include taxes on tourism (IFA). This is to be paid on location and it costs 350 HUF (appr. 1 EUR) per person per night over the age of 18.
Booking confirmation
Your reservation will be confirmed in writing (via email or letter) at all occasions, your reservation can only be considered fixed after receiving this confirmation.
Guarantee
In certain cases - as indicated at the offer or reservation in advance - we can ask for credit card information or deposit, in order to be able to guarantee your reservation. In such cases, the confirmation only takes effect, if the deposit or the credit card guarantee arrives before the deadline shown in the confirmation letter or email.
General cancellation guidelines
All individual reservations can be canceled free of charge until the 7th day before arrival. In case of late cancellation or not arriving without cancellation (no show), the total fee shall be charged.
You will be thoroughly informed of any differing cancellation conditions at the particular promotions and offers.

General payment conditions
The compensation for the booked services can be paid on location with cash, bank transfer, as well as credit card. Other means of payment on location: gift cards and vouchers released by the hotel and/or by its contracted partners.

Taxes
The given prices include the VAT. If any changes occur in the amount anchored by the current VAT-system, our prices might change without previous notification.
Service
Buffet-style breakfast: served at our hotel restaurant.
Half board: menu dinner is available for groups on request at our hotel restaurant. In case of events, meetings, please ask for tailor-made offers.
Smoking
All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking.
Accommodation for pets
Our hotel can welcome pets in limited numbers after prior consultation and under certain conditions. The charge is 4000 Ft/pet/night (13 EUR).
Parking
Our hotel has a limited number of outdoor private parking spaces where our guests can safely leave their vehicles. Parking is subject to availability and can only be requested on site. Parking fee is payable on site.
Guests who do not have an accommodation reservation or for car owners who do not book accommodation parking fees are as follows:
- car: HUF 6,000 / day
- hourly car fee: HUF 600 / hour
- bus: HUF 10,000 / day
- bus hourly fee: HUF 1,000 / hour
We offer a 50% discount on the daily car parking fee only for our guests with confirmed hotel reservations. The parking space can only be reserved on site, subject to availability. The discounted parking fee:
- car: HUF 3,000 / day
The parking fee can be paid also in EUR, at the current MNB currency mid-rate.
Internet
The unlimited wireless Internet can be accessed at the reception and rooms.
